Welcome - you landed where you need to be ...
Taking the step to seek support is an important act of self-care.
Life offers much to enjoy, but it can also present challenges along the way.
Do you sometimes feel weighed down, like you are not quite yourself? Do you carry memories or experiences tucked away—like boxes you would rather forget?
Maybe you are not sure where they come from, or perhaps you do, but do not know how to set them down or hand them back.
Maybe those boxes are now piling up, taking too much space, and you are not sure where to begin.
Some may not even feel like they belong to you—stored away on behalf of others.
Together, we can gently unpack these boxes—one at a time.
At your own pace, we will explore what is inside, make sense of it, and gradually let go of what no longer serves you—leaving you with what is truly yours.
Why This Work Matters to Me, and Why That Matters for Us
Who I am
Hello, I am Aurelie Davies.
I have always been passionate about supporting people to make sense of their experiences and to grow through life’s challenges. My own journey of moving countries, adapting to a new culture, and learning a new language has given me first-hand understanding of the anxiety, uncertainty, and identity struggles that change can bring.
Alongside my own personal therapy, these experiences have deepened my empathy and strengthened the way I work with clients. I offer therapy in both English and French, so you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions in the language that feels most natural to you.
My approach
I am an integrative psychotherapist in continuous advanced training, working with a relational and developmental approach. This means I draw on different ways of working to shape therapy around what you really need, as I believe therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I also pay close attention to how your past experiences—especially early relationships—may still be influencing the way you relate to yourself and others today.
What to expect
Seeking help can sometimes feel overwhelming and bring up many different emotions. That’s completely natural, and you won’t have to face it alone. In our sessions, I will be alongside you throughout the process—present, curious, and attuned. You can expect a safe, supportive space where everything you bring is welcomed without judgement.
I ask thoughtful questions to help you reflect and deepen the work, while always moving at a pace that feels right for you. Clients often tell me they value the balance I bring: gentle and non-judgmental, yet also engaged, real, and reassuring.
Therapy with me is not rushed. It is a space where you can speak freely, take your time, and feel heard—especially if you are carrying things you have never shared before.
It is not about me giving you solutions, but about supporting you in accessing your own strength and power to create the changes you want in your life.

How I can support you
Supporting adults
I offer therapy for all adults, creating a space where you are truly seen, accepted, and understood.
I am passionate about supporting you with anxiety, relationships, family, and emotional wellbeing.
I work with individuals experiencing:
-
Trauma, anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
-
Relationship difficulties, conflict, or communication challenges
-
Family issues, enmeshment, or blurred boundaries
-
Shame, low self-esteem, or experiences of abandonment
-
Identity struggles, life transitions, or feeling a lack of direction
-
Difficulty making sense of the past and wanting to feel more grounded in the present.

Online & Face to Face
I offer face-to-face sessions in Kenilworth (Warwickshire) and Broughton Astley (Leicestershire), providing a comfortable and confidential space to meet in person.
If these locations are not convenient, I also offer online sessions, so you can access support from wherever feels right for you.

Free initial 30 minute session
It is important that you feel I am the right therapist for you, and it is completely okay to take your time in finding someone who feels like the best fit.
To help with this, I offer a free 30-minute phone call, giving us the chance to talk about what brings you to therapy, and see together if working with me feels right before starting full sessions.

Choose your language
Whether your first language is English or French, sessions can take place in either language—whichever feels most natural and comfortable for you.
Being able to express yourself in your own words often makes it easier to share emotions, explore your experiences more deeply, and feel truly understood.
